El Risco – Agaete are at the north west side of the island of Gran Canaria. There are two ways
to get there. The highway GC until Agaete and the coastal road until El Risco. Or the more adventerous road from Mogan to Aldea and follow the coastal road up to El Risco.
Agaete has it famous port, Puerto de las Nieves, where the ferry leaves to Tenerife.
It is a beautiful fisher village and the seafood is a must to try. Just 14 km from Agaete you will find the place El Risco. There is a small beach , a bar and a great walk, Charco Azul.
This is a walk for the whole family.It is 4km in total. The walk is easy and the environment is breathtaken. The end of the walk you end in a waterpool with a waterfall. Great to have a swim to cool down for the walk back.
El Risco – Agaete ligt aan de noordwestkant van het eiland Gran Canaria. Er zijn twee manieren om daar te komen. De snelweg GC tot Agaete en de kustweg tot El Risco. Of de meer avontuurlijke weg van Mogan naar Aldea en volg de kustweg naar El Risco.
Agaete heeft zijn beroemde haven, Puerto de las Nieves, waar de veerboot vertrekt naar Tenerife.
Het is een mooi vissersdorp en de zeevruchten zijn een must om te proberen. Op slechts 14 km van Agaete vindt u de plaats El Risco. Er is een klein strand, een bar en een geweldige wandeling, Charco Azul.
Dit is een wandeling voor het hele gezin. Het is 4 km in totaal. De wandeling is gemakkelijk en de omgeving is adembenemend. Het einde van de wandeling eindigt in een waterpool met een waterval. Geweldig om een duik te nemen om af te koelen voor de wandeling terug.
